Your insurance that you will get what you paid for
Look at the picture to the right. You see that pink paper cluttered with Chinese characters and numbers? That is an orderlist/receipt. That little pink paper note will be the only insurance you have that the supplier you just made business with will keep his word and actually supply you with the goods you just paid the deposit for. Maybe producing your goods will take a month or two and all that you will be bringing back in your suitcase from China is a folder filled with pink paper sheets. Does that feel reassuring when you are sitting thousands of miles away rolling your thumbs while nervously waiting for goods that may never come? What if you want to make some changes to your order. Do you speak Chinese? No? Can you even read the orderlist? No? Tough luck. It’s in situations like this you will be happy that you hired us.
What we can do for you
We dont only help you with translation/interpreting, guiding, sourcing, arranging shipping and logistics. We can also help you handle and follow up your order. Most of our customers don’t just buy from one supplier but several and it can be a real headache to try and stay in touch with all of them, especially when you dont speak the language. Also, when you finally receive the goods you find that there are quality issues or maybe you got the wrong thing. Are you going to spend another 3-4 months to ship the goods back to China, argue with the supplier/manufacturer and try to get your money back or at least what you ordered, and then finally have to goods shipped back to you? Who knows if its the right items the second time? We will save you this headache and take care of all of this trouble for you. We will stay in touch with the supplier/manufacturer and once the goods are ready to be delivered, we will perform a quality control to make sure that everything is up to par. Only once the quality control is will we help you pay the balance of your order and arrange the shipping process. All you have to do is place your order (or tell us to do that for you) and we will take care of the rest. You can go back home and take care of your normal everyday business and we will sort everything out over here.
How it usually works
Every client is different and we are very flexible in how we work but this is how it usually works when we help clients handle their orders.
- The client makes contact with us through email and tells us what they are looking for and how much quantity they are looking to buy. Most clients wants to come here in person and see the wholesale markets and the items they are going to purchase. We decide when and where to meet. If you need a car to pick you up from the airport or the hotel, then we will arrange that for you.
- We guide the clients in the wholesale markets and help them find the items they are looking for. We will help with translation when talking to the suppliers and if the client wishes to make a purchase then we will help the client pay the deposit (most of our clients pay us a sum to use to pay for deposits prior to their visit). We will also request the supplier to send us a proforma invoice with photos and detailed information of all the goods. We will then translate it and send a copy to the client so that he or she can confirm that everything is correct.
- Once the client has found and ordered all the items they wanted and gone back home, we will keep in touch with the suppliers and make sure that the goods will be ready in time. We will also write a comprehensive orderlist, accounting sum up and invoice for the client. The client will pay us the balance of the goods and our commission fee.
- When the goods are ready to be collected, we will first perform a quality control to make sure that everything is ok. If the goods are up to par, we will pay for them, collect them and arrange for shipping them to the client.
- We will provide the client with an updated accounting and an invoice for the shipping fee, and the goods will begin their long journey to your country.
Our fee for helping you handling your order
If you want us to help you handle your order for you, we will only charge a commission fee of 5-7% and this fee will include sourcing, quality control, shipping arrangements, logistics and more. Hiring us to help you will definitely be an investment when you take into consideration all the time you will save and how much less risks you will have to take. Many times when performing our quality controls we find that a few items are missing or that the supplier might have replaced one item with another. Also, some times orders get changed or canceled. These are all things that can be very difficult to deal with from the other side of the world, especially if you dont speak Chinese.
